Starting to plant Onions

It's another gorgeous morning, today to be out planting onions in the field. 

Yesterday, Randall was able to plant the Walla Walla variety and almost finished a new variety called Blush. It’s been awhile since we have been able to plant in April. YAY!!!

 But with the wind the dust is even getting in your eyes!

Here are the variety of onion plants that we are planting this year; 

Yellow Spanish, Ringmaster, Red Zeppelin, Copra, Borettana Cipollini, Red Marble Cipollini, Blush, Walla Walla.
